Founder, owner & operator, Melanie has always had a passion for making treats. Originally from Ottawa, ON, Melanie made custom cupcakes. Now, located in Temiskaming Shores, ON, Melanie continues to make cupcakes and now chocolate covered treats.
As a mom herself, she knows the stress that goes into planning an event such as a birthday or wedding.

What Makes Sweet Treats Different?
Policies
-A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of placing all orders. Orders are not confirmed until deposit has been received
-Orders are to be placed a minimum of 2 weeks in advance of requested pick up date to ensure availability and proper preparation time. For rush orders, there will be an additional $15 fee if date can be accommodated
-Pick up dates & times will be scheduled at the time of booking and must be mutually agreed upon. Customers are responsible for picking up their order at the schedule time or risk a $10 late fee
-Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once an order is confirmed with a deposit, the agreed-upon price will be honoured
-Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance prior to the scheduled pick up date. Late cancellations may be subject to additional fees and deposits are non-refundable
-Requests for changes to orders must be made at least 5 days in advance. While every effort will be made to accommodate changes, they are not guaranteed
-Once products have been picked up, the customer assumes full responsibility for proper handling, storage and transportation. Sweet Treats will not be liable for damage occurring after pickup
-While care is taken in preparation, products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten and eggs
-The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to pick up, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance
-The business reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion
